Liver Hill > Goodshaw
Afternoon run today, to Liver Hill then to Goodshaw on Rossendale Way. Back home on tough constantly undulating lanes above Burnley Road. Distance 7 miles.
All about fell running, based in Lancashire in the North West of England. To the East of the county is the rural Ribble Valley. To the West is the Irish Sea.
There is only one mountain (peaks over 610m) in Lancashire, namely Gragareth at 627m with its summit point lying just outside of the Yorkshire Dales.
However, there are many other sizeable hills in Lancashire including, Pendle Hill, Winter Hill and Rivington Pike.
